Room Rates

• We will take credit card details to confirm your reservation, you are invited to pay with cash when you leave or you can be given access to pay with credit card on this web site.
• All prices include home baked fresh every morning, 3 course breakfast
• Sunset bedroom & Sunrise bed room $125.00
• Master Bedroom room with en-suite $150.00
• Rates include required taxes and priced per room.
• Maximum of 2 people per room, no cots or temporary beds available.
• Our home is open plan and very quite so sound travels; in consideration of other guests we cannot accommodate children under the age of 10.
• Special rates for seven or more nights

We try to keep our bedroom calendars up to date. Please only make PayPal payment when we confirmed we have availability.

Reservation deposits can be made through PayPal who is a global leader in online payments that are fast, secure and an easy way of making payments. No PayPal account is required, just your credit card details and address. Click here to go to our payment page.

If your not comfortable using the PayPal service you can provide credit card details over the phone for security and pay cash when you leave.

Our Other Residents

Just in case you have pet allergies, we have two cats, Holly 3 years old and Peter 2 years old both rescued and very friendly.

They are not allowed in guest rooms, but very friendly so sometimes sneak in if you leave the bedroom door open.

If you have pet allergies please bring medication because we do not accept cancellations when you arrive and notice the our two friendly cats welcome you at the door thinking you have come to visit them.
