Enjoy a fine dining experience each morning with our three course formal breakfast. Breakfast is usually "chef's choice", we take pride in our breakfasts and they require extensive preparation every morning. Please let us provide something appropriately tasty if you have dietary restrictions by letting us know in advance the night before. We will do our very best to prepare something that you will enjoy.

Your hosts would like to serve everyone at the same time to ensure your breakfast is the best it can be; usually at 8:00 or 8:30 or 9:00 however we are flexible, we normally ask all guests to agree on a common time. If you need breakfast outside this time please ask and we will do our best; we understand White Squall Kayak trips require an early start.

Breakfast is served in the dining area of the great room, offering a panoramic view of the bay; and we pay special attention to freshness and tastes to delight your palette including fresh fruits (local when in season), fresh home baked delights, new and creative main courses each day, coffee, tea and juices to accent. The freshest, natural ingredients and produce are always used in the preparation of our breakfast fare and for special dietary needs or food allergies, our chief can accommodate guests with advanced notice.
